According to the survey the cost for the weddings can fluctuate between a little over $16,000 to as high as $28,000, it just depends how elaborate your going to get. Starting with the bridal and wedding shower invitations to the wedding favors and wedding photographer and DJ.

1. Be in the know. Read between the lines and ask questions. Learn what’s included in the venue, such as napkins, tablecloths, chair coverings, centerpieces, to possibly cross off in other areas of your list.

2. Stay within close quarters. Try to find a hotel that’s in close proximity to the ceremony location so a free shuttle can take guests back and forth. Many hotels also have ballrooms designed specifically for ceremonies and receptions, some with a 45-minute flip time.

3. Don’t sweat the small stuff. If you don’t have time or money to put together wedding favors, a dinner menu or welcome bags for out-of-town guests, scratch it off your to-do list. Save your pennies for the real-deal items.....
